I have no problem with Nativity Scenes at Churches. Or private homes. That's where they belong. I DO have a problem with them at City Hall, since they are put there by aggressive Christians trying to imply that their religion is the all-but-official one.

Most athiests are educated people, scientist etc, people like that dont spend time vandalising.

Pick up a history book and see how many billions of people have died in the name of God, like in the 8 or so crusades on the holy land in midevil times, and the holy wars and persecutions of today, then you tell me who the real hate mongers are, aethiests or religious fanatics and leaders.

Most likely those that do those things are members a rival christian denominations. Atheists tend to be law biding individuals and egging anything is vandalism which is a crime.

I don't care whether someone's beliefs are the same as mine- That's the beautiful thing about being americans- we can all be right or we can all be wrong and we're allowed to believe whatever strikes the right chord individually.

Wow! You caught them. It's to bad you weren't around my neck of the woods, we were throwing rotten fruit at the people going into church, and crucified Santa Claus on the steps.

Seriously, do you know how ridiculous you sound?

I've never heard of this happening. Why would an Atheist waste good eggs?

.....No. We don't hate Christians. We don't hate Christmas. We don't hate Nativity scenes. We don't hate eggs. We just don't believe in the same things as you.

In general, no. I was an athiest for a while, now I'm more agnostic. I never did anything disrespectful toward Christians.
