Wireless Cable Television?

I have cable television in my home. My home is old, and running more cable outlets is not something that I want to do. Is there a wirlelss option for expanding cable to additional rooms in your home (sort of a cable tv version of a wifi router).

TV has pretty high bandwidth, so good old wifi is not going to cut it, especially uncompressed.
