It certaintly sounds as you are not mature enough to be getting married. "touches your breasts and stuff" is not exactly who you want to be going into a proposal. Anyhow, if you want to look sexy, a simple black dress with some nice jewelery and heels would be a good look.

No your boyfriend won't touch ur breasts. U have peculair friends. Anyways wear a black dress that's how must guys want their girl to look on a proposal. He'll kneel down and then if u say yes he'll kiss u a bunch and yada yada yada.
