Let me suggest to you to do the following: eat lightly, drink plenty of fluids, get plenty of rest, and take extra-strength tylenol for the fever and minor aches and pains that you may experience while trying to fight influenza. Influenza is the most common problem I see in my office. If problems get worse you might to see your family doctor to see what treatment options that are available to you may have in order to get better soon. Let me also suggest that you follow the contents on the label for the proper dosage on any lables of all over the counter medication that you may take. Please consult first with your family doctor or a pharmacist on what you should take and what are the side effects each medication that you take that is very important you need to ask when calling or if your parent's concern of over the counter medication. I hope you feel better soon. I hope I have answered any questions you may have.

I am sorry that you are sick on your vacation....chicken soup helps, along with other fluids....ask your parents if they have anything you can take for pain/fever.
