The IRS won't process any tax returns for 2006 until January 1 (if you file paper returns, but then you need to submit a copy of your W-2). If you file electronically, you don't need a copy of your W-2, but the IRS won't accept the returns until January 12.

Companies offering e-file services are required to obtain a W-2 before the submit your return. Even then, the IRS will not accept e-filed returns until Jan 12. As far as the RAL is concerned, if their is a worse offer than 'payday loans', is is a RAL.

You can not get a RAL without a W2. It is usually in the contract. Just wait for the W2s to come.

As long as you have all of your taxable income (interest in bank accounts must be included as well) then you can file your taxes.
