keep them clean, use only good quality earrings, 14Kt gold or better. They will both heal with time.

from my own experiance it might be the type of metal used to pierce your ear... your best bet is to take them out and let them heal. and then try again. but if you don't want to take them out them just clean them every day with ear piercing solution

clean them with the stuff they gave you like 2 or 3 times a day.... and dont change your earings or take them out.... if you change them it might make them worse and if you take them out your earing holes will close up and it will ahve been a waste of money...

go to claire's and ask for their ear care antiseptic. it ALWAYS works. rub it on your earlobes 3 times a day, keep your studs in when you put it on, and after rubbing it on with a cottonball, twist the earrings around twice.

Go to the doctor and don't buy cheap earrings.
