Has she been shaking her head a lot lately and scratching at her ears? If so, it could be a hematoma. This happens a lot when dogs have ear infections that are left untreated. When they shake their head, the ears flap against their body. Sometimes this causes the blood vessels in the ear flap to burst and the flap fills with blood.
An allergic reaction is also very possible. Your dog needs to see the vet. He/she will be able to make a more accurate diagnosis.

Her ears are puffy? Are they puffy because of her fur, or is her skin swollen?
Has she been eating a food that she's allergic to? If she's getting into food when your'e not watching her, you need to make sure that you pick it all up and keep it out of her reach.
If her skin is swollen on her ears, take her to the vet. They are best able to help her!

I agree with all the answers abouve - she probably got into something she is allergic to - causing the swelling. A vet visit may be expensive - but very much worth it - I have a deaf dog - and boy are they hard to handle. Good luck!

Bring her to the vet - ear and eye problems are nothing to take lightly. No one can diagnose her over the internet.

Take her to the vet she could have infection in her ears, which would cause distortion in the taste buds as well as her balance and other things. Same with people, eyes, nose, throat and ears are all conected to the same place in the brain.

Might be pink eye or she could be allergic to something. I hate when dogs "get into sweet" it is so hard to deal with, use your best judgement when she "gets into sweet."

If she's been eating chocolate this could be an allergic reaction. Get her to a vet, pronto, or if you can't milk and half a 25mg benadryl should keep her alive.
