Sweetheart, they'll never give you a straight answer. You'll get more jerk offs like the one above me answering your questions.

They have no logical reason to think the way that they do. I think that something was short circuited in their itty-bitty brains when they were sitting around the bonfire smoking ganga laced with formaldehyde talking about hugging trees, and everything else that may suffer "abuse" at the hand of the all-mighty American.

*EDIT*

To lucky answerer number six, if a black or a white man raped one of my family members, they are LEGAL and can be found. With an ILLEGAL, there's virtually no chance you liberal, left-winged lunatic. I swear, you guys are so quick to play the "racist", "stereotyping", and "generalizing" card. Is this a quality that you have to have to be a liberal? You know, replace intellect with moronic accusations?

I just read that slightly over 50% of MURDERS are solved. I can't imagine what it is for rapes. How would a person know that it was an illegal that raped her?

It's a nightmare. Period. The perpetrator is evil. The skin that covers the mind and soul is not important. If the rapist or murderer is a citizen, he usually doesn't leave his wallet or registration behind, nor does a non-citizen.

I am not in support of breaking laws and I think our immigration laws should be enforced to the highest degree to all who break them. There has to be a better way.

Now to your question, in my area there lives a Hispanic family who's son was killed by an illegal--how do they feel you might ask. They want to know why and how this happened. They do not support illegals being here. They feel that we have enough of our own criminals we don't need more slipping in just because many who come are good. . This murderer had a job here, home, driver licenses, he has a previous criminal record. If laws were enforced before would 'THIS' man have killed their son!?. And yes-they ask Why to the supporters and they have that right too!
Over 9,000 deaths on average done by illegals (yes we have our murderers too) .Four rapes or child molestation on average daily yes we have that too). But perhaps these could be prevented. Even just some.
Hurt yes it does--it hurts those here who cause no harm and those here who are victims.
We need law and order for protection of all here. If there is a way to protect even just one--that should be our aim.
Until we come up with a better plan--I believe we should not support those who are here illegally in any way. We need to look at things closely before we open a door that might harm others . Even if it is not what we want to because someone we like can't stay here. To any illegal reading this, I am sorry if you have done no harm to anyone but I trust you have the sense enough to understand the choices we face.

add on
Iowa’s United States Congressman Steve King told a crowd “Illegal aliens cause the death of 25 American citizens every day…13 by drunken driving and 12 by stabbings or gun fire.”

That daily figure adds up to 9,125 deaths annually caused primarily by illegal alien Mexicans residing in America. These figures he got by State Reports on record---unsolve crimes would not count.

What stance is there to change. If my loved one was murdered it would not make a difference if he was a legal or illegal alien, I still lose.

I've almost stopped calling it immigration and started thinking of the whole issue as integration. What brave new world, with such politicians in it, or something like that, but bottom line is, there's a lot of political support for a shotgun marriage to Mexico.

What's driving this train is hard-core, probably meth-inspired economics, AKA 'money'. Not just 3 bucks, more like 30 billion or so. Cash. Moola. Mean green. Family values, public safety, ethics, morals, all bend before the awe-inspiring crush of Megadollars. How far would YOUR morals bend if someone handed you 100 thousand bucks? A million? Ten million? A billion? Ten billion? Money makes the world go 'round, and if there wasn't profit to be made by virtue of having illegal aliens running around in our country, it wouldn't be happening.

Maybe I'm just kind of mentally limited or something, or my parents dropped me on my head too many times as a child(guess it didn't work out for em, there), but I just think that anything after 'illegal' should be a Bright Red Flag to our state representatives as well as the august bodies in Washington that keep telling us they know what's best...recent evidence regarding other policies would tend to suggest otherwise, and maybe first and foremost we need to have an anti-corruption drive in the Capitol, and I think(hope) the democrats have their factual house in order sufficient to the task of taking some of these clowns to the figurative woodshed on the power of profit over principle,
but again, you have to ask how far people would bend if confronted with a suitcase with a million bucks in it, or even larger sums, or at least promise of same. In english, the question reads 'is america for sale'?, and, if the GOP's been any indication these last several years, that answer is a resounding "YES! And, if you order your United States NOW, we'll also throw in this FREE set of dishes, as WELL as the chance to win A NEWWW CARRR!" In other words, to say they're on ethical shaky ground is to say that the elephant standing on your foot just tickles...you always had flat feet and a bleeding problem...

Immigration reform, in its' true form, looks a lot like about 5 million or more people packing their bags, and moving home.
But, since it kind of looks like the democrats might not be able to carry that bucket to the well, we're going to end up stuck living with half-measures and non-policy.

20 years ago, they had this thing where all the illegal aliens were going to get amnesty, but it was also supposed to be coupled with better enforcement and border security. Part 1 happened, people got what they were after, part 2 kind of got forgotten, somehow. At any rate, in the place of 3 million, there's about 12 million, and obviously there's something a little more important than public safety. Border, schmorder, we're deliberately being integrated with Mexico. My recommendation? Take a spanish class!

It's not about who raped but rather should they have been here in the first place. Rape is rape. Bad at all levels. If illegals aren't here, they don't rape ...here.
The problems is that the benefit of a wealthy few, is causing ultimately what is the great harm of the vast American population. It doesn't sound like we live in a Democracy anymore. We are back to the idle wealthy running things.

No because you could get raped by a legal alien as well. We have bad and good people that are illegals but we also have bad and good who are legal. Just because a legal person offends or hurts me does not mean I am going to hate all of America. If a black person robbed me that does not mean that all Black's are going to rob me. If a white shot me that does not mean that all White's are going to shoot at me. We need to see each other for who we are not for where we come from nor for the color of skin that we wear. We all have the same organs inside...we are all brothers and sisters!!!!!!!

I'm undecided on this issue. I see both sides. Though I do believe we need better border control.

But to PepperKittyn up there I say this:

For someone who preaches as if she understands the world; don't forget that you're the one speaking hatefully and ignorantly towards a fellow American. This site is for exhange of ideas. NOT so you can insult liberals because you don't understand them.

I'm putting this question on watch to see what people say. I'm interested in people's opinions on this matter. Homeland security measures haven't really helped our borders or our ports.

Silly question. I would take care of ANYONE who hurt those close to me. Color, religion, country of origin would have no meaning to me as I hunted them.

Still does not change my stance on immigration.........was that your goal with this question? Didn't work here darling.

Most here have missed your point. That is if the ILLEGAL wasn't here, the crime Would Not have occurred against the US citizen. Yes I have had the illegal steal my work truck with the tools, after he was already deported twice for two other crimes. The government is not doing the job we hired them for...protecting us and enforcing our laws.
