The bible teaches that there are at least 200 million angels.
(Revelation 5:11) I heard a voice of many angels... and the number of them was myriads of myriads [literally, the plural of "10,000 times 10,000"] and thousands of thousands
The Scriptures consistently refer to *ALL* spirit creatures as "angels", without regard for whether they are faithful or rebellious.
(2 Corinthians 12:7) there was given me a thorn in the flesh, an angel of Satan, to keep slapping me
(Revelation 12:9) Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him.
Interestingly, the Scriptures also use a few other terms as synonyms for "angel", also without regard for whether the spirit creature is faithful or rebellious. Two of these terms are "morning stars" and "sons of God"; in fact both terms are used in describing the angelic response to the creation of Earth by Jehovah God (which occurred long before Satan or any angel rebelled).
(Job 38:4,7) Where did you happen to be when [Jehovah] founded the earth? ...When the morning stars joyfully cried out together, And all the sons of God began shouting in applause?
When Genesis says that "sons of God" fathered the Nephilim, it simply means that spirit creatures materialized as humans and fathered hybrid offspring. These spirit creatures had formerly been faithful angels, but they left their "proper dwelling place" in heaven and thus became rebellious demonic angels, albeit in materialized human form until the Flood of Noah's day forced them to dematerialize.
(Genesis 5:32-6:2,4) Then the sons of the true God began to notice the daughters of men, that they were good-looking; and they went taking wives for themselves, namely, all whom they chose ...when the sons of the true God continued to have relations with the daughters of men and they bore sons to them, they were the [Nephilim]
(2 Peter 2:4,5) God did not hold back from punishing the angels that sinned... and he did not hold back from punishing an ancient world, but kept Noah, a preacher of righteousness, safe
(Jude 6) And the angels that did not keep their original position but forsook their own proper dwelling place he has reserved with eternal bonds under dense darkness for the judgment of the great day
As the first created spirit being, Jesus also can be called an "angel", although he is higher than all but Jehovah the Father. The Scriptures refer to only Jesus by the unique designations "the BRIGHT morning star" and "archangel".
(Revelation 22:16) I, Jesus, sent my angel to bear witness to you people of these things for the congregations. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the BRIGHT morning star. [caps added]
(Numbers 24:17) A star will certainly step forth out of Jacob, And a scepter will indeed rise out of Israel.
(1 Thessalonians 4:14-16) Jesus died and rose again, so, too... the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel's voice

When the bible speaks of God's sons, this could refer to his spirit sons (angels) or his earthly sons (humans).
Yes, Jesus was the first son since Col 1:15 refers to him as the firstborn of ALL creation (meaning he was created first, before the earth and angels).
At Genesis 6 the sons refered to there, were his spirit sons. There was a time when some angels left heaven to have relations with women (some scholars refer to them as 'fallen angels') and that is why there offspring were not normal (they were giants).
Jude 6 "the angels that did not keep their original position but forsook their own proper dwelling place" .....their own proper dwelling place being heaven.

Jesus is God's only begotten son, his first creation, of course all other angels are sons also, but the offspring of the angels you are speaking about were not God's sons, they were sons of angels that disobeyed God.
The Christian disciple Jude wrote about them when he mentioned “the angels that did not keep their original position but forsook their own proper dwelling place.” (Jude 6) Why did they come to the earth? What wrong desire did Satan put in their heart to get them to leave the fine positions they had in heaven?
The Bible lets us know when it says: “The sons of the true God began to notice the daughters of men, that they were good-looking; and they went taking wives for themselves, namely, all whom they chose.” (Genesis 6:2) Yes, the angels put on fleshly bodies, and they came to earth to have sexual relations with beautiful women. But such love affairs were wrong for angels. This was an act of disobedience. The Bible indicates that what they did was just as wrong as the homosexual acts of the people of Sodom and Gomorrah. (Jude 6, 7) What resulted?
Well, babies were born to these angels and their wives. But the babies were different. They kept growing bigger until they became giants, wicked giants. The Bible calls them “mighty ones who were of old, the men of fame.” These giants tried to force everyone to be bad as they were. As a result, the Bible says that “the badness of man was abundant in the earth and every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only bad all the time.” (Genesis 6:4, 5) So Jehovah brought the Flood. The giants, or “Nephilim,” and all the wicked people were drowned. But what happened to the angels that had come to earth?
They did not drown. They put aside their fleshly bodies and returned to heaven as spirit persons. But they were not allowed to become part of God’s organization of holy angels again.
Since the time of the Flood, God has not permitted these demon angels to take on fleshly bodies, so they cannot directly satisfy their unnatural sexual desires. Yet they can still exercise dangerous power over men and women.

Adam was the first son of God. God created him. God wiped out all of mankind except for Noah and his family. Jesus is the last son of God. He came to perfect the sin that Adam committed. To be the sacrifice of blood to cover our sins. God required a blood sacrifice in the old testiment. Jesus was the sacrifice of the new testiment. The blood of Jesus is on the alter of God forever to attone for our sin. Jesus is the last son.
