I suggest having your girls help make the chart. Each of them could draw a picture of themselves to put above the chart. They could go to the store and choose their good stickers. You could also talk with them about what behaviors you will be looking for and choose colorful pictures they will recognize to represent those behaviors.
Also put words next to pictures on the chart to help them learn early reading skills.

I absolutely adored sticker charts when I was little. I suggest making a chart with seven boxes on it. If they have good behavior by you and your spouse's standards for the entire day, they get a sticker. Give them 3 chances, and if they get in trouble a third time that day, they don't get a sticker. Make two separate charts, so that the chart isn't merged, because you wouldn't want them comparing to see which girl was best. At the end of the week, if they got all their stickers, give them a treat.

They have tons of sticker charts available at teacher stores or on line at places like lakeshore.com - otherwise just get any dry-erase kind of board, chart out the chores with the girls names and think of a reward they can get if they get all their stickers each week or however you decide to set it up.
As long as you are aware of what they should be doing, what they are doing, and are supportive of them, your chart will work great! Just stick to it and don't give them free passes on anything or you'll be in constant battle.
Good luck!

it's a great idea but, i would be careful how you reward them. as long as they aren't told they are being 'bad, it sounds like it could be fun.
