I mean seriously, with all of that trinity stuff, the lack of evidence, the fact that the Jews say some of the "prophecies" Jesus fulfilled were never prophecies....

This is casuistry, as pointless as the chopped-logic some Christians use to to "prove" that atheists "believe" in unbelief.

No, no one can KNOW anything "supernatural". But concluding that it makes everyone "agnostic" makes the word meaningless. An agnostic is someone who ADMITS he doesn't know. (Christians who proclaim, "I don't believe, I know," are abusing the language just as much.)

If you really get right down to the meat of the matter, all people that call themselves Christians along with some of that we will call part time Christians and even some that don't claim to be are sinners. We are all sinners in one respect or another. The ones that go to church every week and praise the lord are still sinners. It says so in the Bible. So if you get really technical about Christianity, no one is totally innocent of committing a sin. The ones that commit fewer are the ones God will let into the Kingdom of Heaven first and the others, well your guess is as good as mine is. Hell? How many Christians did I get fired up with that one?

Many Jews have gone back and reevaluated the prophesies to conclude that Christ was the messiah. The trinity stuff, as you call it, is really not that difficult to grasp. There is plenty of supporting evidence in the natural world as well as in the things that are unexplainable that speak to the existence of God. So yes, I think it is safe to say that God/Jesus/Holy Spirit, do in fact exist. You of course are free to believe what you will.

yes, my friend, they can.
my hope is that you, some day, will be too.
That's God's hope too.
ah....evidence......
Yes, God does exist. Asking for proof is folly!
Even atheists and agnostics believe things they can't prove.
Why do they make plans for tomorrow. They can't prove that the sun will rise tomorrow? Yes, it has been proven that the sun has risen every day in our past....but there is absolutely NO proof it will rise tomorrow. They just have faith that it will.
Why do they believe that they have a heart inside their body? Yes, it has been proven that humans have hearts....but have they ever seen theirs? Perhaps there is a troll inside their body squeezing a little rubber ducky to make their blood flow. They do not have proof but they have faith that they are like all other humans and have a heart.
they fight against the idea that there is a REAL God because that scares them. It would cramp their sinful lifestyles, open the question that they might have to suffer an eternity in Hell for their sins and, most importantly, make them out fools for denying God.
Christians believe in God by faith. Just because some folks choose not to believe the truth does not mean it is not true.

Technically, almost everyone is an agnostic.

Being agnostic simply means that you don't have anything observable or concrete to base your belief on.

An agnostic atheist doesn't have knowledge that there is no god; he simply doesn't have enough information to convince him that a god exists.

An agnostic theist (in this case, a Christian) doesn't have knowledge that God exists. He simply believes that God exists.

And whenever a Christian says, "You can't prove God; you must believe in him by faith alone," then he is an agnostic Christian.

So, yeah, Christians are typically agnostic.

There are those who claim that they talk with God (gnostic theist), but they aren't credible. That's like trusting someone who claims that he talks with cats.

People follow religion for a number of reasons - many people want a religion that is rational and makes sense like Judaism or Islam but others want it for an emotional hole they have - so they choose Christianity regardless of its irrationality because it fulfills their emotional yearnings -if they sat down and throught about irt theyd realise how ridiculous and illogical it is - thats why when Christians try and promote their faith they dont use rational srguments but emotional ones "Jesus is Lord" "He died for your sins" etc - Religions like Islam and Judaism are about sober learning and relection on God - Christianity is about jumping up and down and screaming to make up for lack of rationality

I am a Christian - I have absolutely no doubt. Read Psalm 22 - a prophesy that was fulfilled in Jesus. There are many others - Isaiah 9:6 also.

Well, that is true here. Although, when people get older and are afraid of dying they start to agree with the priests and stuff in order to secure themselves a place in heaven.

Which is sad, I think.

Almost everyone that spouts that they are a "Christian" are actually followers of Satan, and they just dont care to acknowledge it. I look forward to the day when the Son of Satan comes and everyone starts to worship him as Jesus... Wait until Jesus then comes, and everyone else goes to Hell!
