Go to http://www.microsoft.com and download Photo Story 3. It is free and is an easy program to use to create a slide show. You can insert music and pictures and you can also include captions for each photo if you would like. Easiest way to find it on microsofts web site is to do a search for Photo Story 3 from the home page in the search bar in the upper right hand corner.

I used Powerpoint. It comes with a pack and play so you can play it on any PC. check your local library or ask some of your freidns if they can help out.
Ours worked great. I burned it onto a cd and had a backup Just in case. I tried to convert it to different file formats and it was all messed up. Powerpoint worked perfectly for us.

It depends how good a quality you want in your presentation. Do you just want to put some pictures up on the screen with music or do you also want cropping, lighting adjustment and red eye removal among other adjustments? Depending on the conditions of your pictures and how much work is involved you may want to seek out a pro to do it for you. Depending on the amount of pictures it may not be too expensive.
