What can I do for a workout for the triple jump, long jump, and maybe the mile? I read about maybe pylometrics. If so, what of those would be good?

Box jumps and squats and anything like that are great for your jumps because they icrease strength and most importantly power. You also wanna look into some olympic lifts like cleans and snatches. They are great for building hip strength. This is important so you can transfer the energy that you build on the runway into the final jump.

Can't talk for triple or long jump, but I was a mile runner, and one thing I would do every week was a plymotric session consisting of hurdle bounds - intermingled with hurdle step overs. I would do this around 30 mins before my hard track session of the week (6 3ft hurdles in a row)

I found this actually helped the track session I did and I believe really helped my speed.

The combination of triple/long and mile is interesting though - with speed so key in the former events, much more than for the mile

Overall though - for mile work, the anaerobic and aerobic conditioning should be the priority

You should often strech your legs. These sports mainly deal with the use of the legs. You should run at least a few miles a day to train. Also you should find a track you could use for practicing your jumps.

don't triple jump too much you will mess up your knees. you should only do about 15 jumps a day before you start to feel pain.

Well, some plyometric drills are quick feet, butt kicks, CanCans, high knees, and etc. You shoudl alos lift alot for the legs, like calf raises, and etc.
