He is probably with u because he loves you not your breast. I wouldn't even worry about it.If it comes up fine.If it doesn't so what.This happen before u met him.If he leaves u because of it then your better off without him.He didn't love u for u.You deserve to be loved for u not your breast.Good luck

I'd be mad. I don't think it should be enough to ruin a relationship though. I hate plastic surgery, and being lied to. So, if you came out with the thruth years later to him, he might start questioning other things sicne he'd be thinking, "Wow, what other things are she hiding form me?" and would probably become pretty paranoid. Not ALL guys will react like that, but some. Be careful.

You can keep it from him,but if you start having problems with them and you have to have them removed due to health reasons then it could ruin you relationship. Breast implants and real bad for your health,they say that they can leack later on. The substance that they use to fill them up can cause you very serious health problems and sometimes death.I suggest you have them removed.

I'm a guy and I don't care if they are real or silicon as long as your happy with them.
It's up to you to tell him if you want but when it comes to boobs and guys ignorance of real or fake can be bliss. Truthfully most guys only care that they look and feel good.
And if he dumps you over not having real breasts he is shallow and you can call me I'm single and I don't care as long as your happy.

why wouldnt you just tell him? if he's your husband and your vowing to always be honest and not keep personal secrets, then you should tell him. i think he'll be more mad at the fact that you kept this secret from him, rather than just being mad about the boobs.
honesty is alwasy the best policy, ESCPECIALLY in a marriage
