Pilates has some great exercises and stretches that will help you to tone your whole body. Zeroing in on one section may not be good for you, you could over do it and cause back problems. If you try pilates though, you'll strengthen and tone everything.

You can try some back exercises. Lat pulls are great as well as pull ups. Doing rows is also a good back exercise. These exercises will help build the back muscles and reduce the back fat.

Your weight is about right for you. So what you want to do is tone it up a bit. Take a look at some exercise programs- Not energetic ones, unless that suits you. But ones that will target your back and abdomen.

Good luck!
