True, and true. He doesn't need to win the popular vote to be God, as many in our society seem to think.

People will argue that God IS self existant and would exist without any faith. They would compare to something like "If a tree fell in a forest and no one was there to hear it, did it fall?" or gravity or something like that.
The problem that I have with this approach is that people seem to forget that they are compare something that is metaphysical/spiritual, with things that are physical.
Perhaps it could be looked at this way: Ancient people (the Greeks, the Egyptians) had there own gods and religions. Back then their gods were as real as the ground they walked on. However, nobody believes in those religions or gods anymore, the ancients made a mistake and were wrong. So those ancient religions and gods don't exist because people no longer believe in them. they are simply old myths and stories. But God of christianity would still exist long after chrsitianity and any belief in Him died?
So my opinion is that nothing in a spiritual realm (a god, a soul, a religion) can exist without someone believe that it does.

The bible says if we've been to even have self belief the scale of a mustard seed we'd have the skill to go a mountain. So specific Christians question it each and every of the time despite in the event that they do no longer want it to seep into their techniques. now and lower back the conviction comes from basically starting to be up interior the church and different situations it comes from being in inner maximum melancholy of existence and being introduced decrease back from it by beginning to believe in Jesus Christ and calling out to him. Matt 17:20 He spoke back, "considering which you have so little faith. I inform you the fact, in case you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mountain, 'pass from here to there' and it will pass. no longer something would be impossible for you."

No it isn't.
If god really wants me to believe in him, he needs to get off his lazy a.s.s and prove his existence ..it wouldn't take much of a miracle. I'd be happy with him moving a mountain or something similar...that would be easy for god. Why doesn't he make the effort?
Perhaps it's because he doesn't exist, and those who believe in a god are self-deluded and sad people.

It would be very interesting to see what would happen if everyone in the world quit worshipping and believing in God - any god, especially the ones who are so demanding and jealous of man's devotion and obedience.Would it anger him so greatly that he would destroy the earth and all life? I suspect not. If there is in fact a God of any kind, which I do suspect, I doubt that he's the nasty chap of either the Bible or the Koran.

It is believed that whether you believe in g-d or not, g-d exists. it is your choice to accept g-d or not. either way doesn't matter to me.
if you are religious then you know that g-d is all around us. we choose not to see the signs. Things that we take for granted now. for example anything that is alive is a creation of g-d. another example is a baby being born. We as human beings can creat life but to actually make the baby out of nothing we can't do. A soul is brought to us when we have a child and that is a miracle in itself. today's society perceives miracles to be from g-d and so in that essence g-d exists.

Yes, its true. The spirit of God within your heart is the source of faith, Faith is knowing though not yet seen. "God dwells within you as you" awake, you have unity with God in unconditional love within your heart. It is the light of Gods unconditional love that shines through our eyes creating and doing the work.

Absolutely correct! We need Him. He does not need us, but loves us unconditionally
God or Supreme Being existed eons before He created anything!
He is what He is. He is the I AM WHAT I AM. The Creator and Sustainer of All things. In Him we live and move and have our being. He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. All times and all seasons obey His commands.
Without Him, we are nothing!

Only if it really exists. I've heard this angle used as an argument - "God exists whether you believe or not!" Sort of a "nanna-nanna-boo-boo" thing.
