Pork. It is a lot leaner than people tend to think. Some cuts are as lean as a chicken breast.

Pork, with the obvious fat removed is MUCH less fat than hamburger. You can get 95% lean hamburger which is the better choice of all the burgers, still pork is leaner.

Pork would be better for you, hamburger still from red meat, Red meat is not very good for you, however it really also depend how you cook the pork, If pork is fried instead of bake or broiled its not the healthiest. However it definately better than hamburger meat.

if by hamburger you mean ground beef, then go with the pork. Its pretty much guaranteed that that hamburger consists of 10-25% fat (that's why it's tasty!), but if you trim all the visible fat from the pork and braise it or grill it with bbq, it'll be just as yummy, but with much less fat.

Beef!! Think about it, Pork comes from an animal that eats it's own species!! It's not healthy to eat of an animal that is cannibalistic.
Mad cow disease is from cattle being fed the bi products of other cattle. While this is not the result in pigs, it still doesn't seem good practice.

I would think neither but if you had to choose go with the pork.

Pig's diets used to consist of items we wouldn't dream of eating. Now days, if grown by a reputable producer, they eat pretty normal stuff. Some mush and leftover peices, but mostly vegetables.
