I have a spread sheet already made and saved but when i added a line onto that then print it, the line i added doesnt show up. How do i fix that?

was the line you added placed at the end of your spreadsheet?
If yes, your problem might be due to the fact that you have to redefine your print area to include your new line

Did you add the line by right-clicking on the numbered rows and choosing "Add a line"? Try adding multiple lines, and do a Print Preview, instead of just printing.

After you added the line, did you File, Save?

Check Print Preview, click Margins.
Here you can drag the margins a little and might be able to get it to print on one page.

You always have to look at the print preview when inserting and deleting lines. Excel keeps the page the same size unless you change it. Go to view and adjust margins or what ever to make sure it is included on your page.

1-position mouse pointer on any row number then right click and choose insert row
or
2-choose two rows with clicking on shift key on your keyboard and right click then choose unhide
