Truth is truth. If something is true from a scientific standpoint, it also has to be true from a religious standpoint. Religion and science have to agree. I forget the author's name, but an interesting book is 'The Great Soul Trial' It is about a prospector in the southwest, who when he died left his estate to the first person who could scientifically prove the existance of the 'Soul'

God bears out Science thru the Bible...
Those of scientific minds, like myself, who can keep an open mind and not close it while reading and who can also understand what is written there will find that the Bible has tons of facts in there that bear out what modern day scientists have discovered.
(1) I think God exists
(2) Believe in both God and Science - God says to do both
(3) Sorry, I cant - I got my evidence by dying and then remembering everything that happened from then on
(4) History is written as the winner or current rulers want people to think - which is not the same as an unbiased view of true history.

God and science are mutually exclusive.
Science is based on materialism, also known as methodological naturalism, which is the idea that all observable events can be explained by natural causes. That's saying that we will start out to seek knowledge with the assumption that there is no supernatural. And the way we will seek knowledge is through observation and experimentation, with rigorous standards on our evidence. This is opposed to how religious people seek knowledge, by studying 2000 year old books or fasting or wandering the wilderness for 40 days.
Science has given us modern medicine and prolonged our lives. God has given us holy wars and ended many lives.

God, the Great Architect of the Universe, gave us Science to better understand and appreciate the mechanisms of the Universe. When we go against Science, we disregard the working instructions of the Architect. When we pursue Science without caring for God's creatures, then we also are off balance.
Mindfulness of Science and Spirituality should be like wings of a bird.

It's not a God VS science thing. God GAVE us science. He also gave us brains to think with because He wants us to learn about His world and all the wonders He created.
I'm not a debater and I know nothing about it.....all I know is what is in my heart.
Historical events weren't always right, a lot of "wrong" things have happened in our history. I guess the"right" part of it would be the lessons we learned from the wrong things. History obviously can't be changed, but if we learned from our mistakes then it could be considered "right".

only 500 years ago, it was common sense that the earth was the center of the universe and the earth was completely flat. JUST 500 YEARS AGO. people thought this because of the LACK OF scientific explanation. that's why these same people over previous generations believed there was a god for everything...the god of the moon, the god of thunder, the god of the sea, the god of cheese. they believed this because of the same reason, the lack of scientific explanation.
so, why are people SO ADAMANT, that 2000+ years ago, the origin of most religions that are still going on today, that imaginary beings created everything?? they thought this because of the LACK OF SCIENTIFIC EXPLANATION. they didn't know any better. they believed what they wanted to believe.
but today, we evolved to learn. we evolved to know. stop kidding yourselves. there is no such thing as magic, being born from thin air, walking on water, rising from the dead, rising other people from the dead, talking to gods, talking to angels, talking snakes, parting major seas by command, making water into wine, etc. just think how crazy that all is. no wonder the world is in the shape it's in today. BECAUSE OF RELIGION, AND THE DIFFERENCE OF BELIEFS WITHIN DIFFERENT RELIGIONS. so stop it. religion was made up. get over it.

If there is a God, then he/she created science. How can you deny something that is part of the world that you claim God created? I don't understand why people don't understand that, if science exists, God made it that way.
I don't believe in God, but if you do, then you have to see that God made science if you feel he made everything else.

Science can't Vs. anybody-it reveals facts about the world we live in. How people deal with those facts is a seperate issue that has nothing to do with scientists.

right that is the the precedence. when we mind-set gods from a rational attitude they are rapidly shown to be be irrational options. This places the apologist at a draw back, a thanks to manage the precedence? that is often approached with the help of an instantaneous attack on technological knowledge, reason's device for the translation of Cosmology. There are not any gods that bare the load of reason. there is not any God and technological knowledge.

There is no conflict between God and science, but atheists and some misguided Christians claim there is a conflict.
God invented evolution, and I thank Him for helping me evolve.
