Ok, here is my advice. Well I have a friend who went through the same situation like you and what she did is every morning she would run around the park for 2 hours. Of course she ate breakfast first which was a healthy bar one. At lunch she would eat salad and a healthy sandwich. At dinner, you uses this sponser program. It is call Jenny Creg or something. Their food are DIET food, they have TONS of diet desserts and stuff. Hope that helps!

Here is what I did when I wanted to lose 15 lbs within 2 months for my sister's wedding. I basically cut down on salty snacks, No SODA or carbonated beverages, and I ate 3 portions a day but nothing larger than my fist. I hope that doesnt sound weird or anything. But I was able to basically eat whatever but I regulated my portion size. Plus drink water, lots of it!!! You can do it, especially since you just want to slimmer down, I dont think you need an extreme diet or anything. But if you want to tone up, then you should try some exercises.

I'm in the same boat as you!! Try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. That will help a lot!! Eat a lot of little, healthy portions...if you keep snacking it keeps your metabolism up! More protein...less carbs! Good luck!!

when you go to holiday parties, only eat foods u dont normally eat , in very small portions. like for example if u have pizza more often then a veggie platter or plate of bite size snack things, then eat the veggie platter or snacks. but only eat small portions.
drink lots of water, sometimes your actually thirsty but you think your hungry.
eat lots of fruits and veggies. find stuff u like.
and u can eat unhealthy stuff sometimes just remeber SMALL PORTIONS.

you dont need to push your self of dieting it might going to be bad anyhow to you coz you may going to loss some vitamin that your body need instead try green tea that will be your drink bring it in your work every where you want to go it will also give you a good breath and the good thing you can eat what you want but it doesnt mean too much...bonne chance

Change daily routine ,starting with diet,more meals 4-5 a day smaller portions.Cut your carbs and replace with carbs from fruit.Jogging helps lose weight every all over..This will help you achieve your goal.

maybe you can try out "Herbalife" products.. im consuming too! Its good for health & weight losing..
you can join us to lose weight if you wanna.. its not so boring to lose weight in a group & you can build up confident by seeing everyone who is almost your size.. This is how i build up my confident too! Ha ha..

or how much you excercise
the big trouble is having the self control and determination to stick with it.
