So over the summer, I met this asian girl, real cute, kind of flirtatious, loves to argue. She’s always calling me, always wants to hang out, but I didn’t really have the time because I was trying to focus on school and my career. To complicate matters she was engaged and I was concerned that our friendship might be unhelpful to their whole relationship. But over time we became very good friends (she was probably my best friend by then) and even took some classes together at school, and things smoothed out. In the middle of the semester, however, everything changes. Now all of a sudden she never wants to hang out with me or talk to me… and I feel like she’s trying to push me out of her life. So we got into a big argument about the issue and really ended things – she blocked me from her phone and IM. But it’s just so confusing… we were really good friends and all of a sudden she acts as if she doesn’t know me…and friends was all we wanted to be – nothing more – we knew that.

Leave the poor girl alone. You argued with her for ignoring you, and now she wont even talk to you at all over that. It happens to all of us. Just find another. The best thing to do is forget it.. do not keep thinking about her. If you are really friends, you will talk again. Do not dwell on your past. It will only make things worse, or more weird for her.

I bet dollars to donuts that you would love to know what prompted her meltdown? Possibilities could be 1) her feelings for you got to a point where she had to cut it off, 2) health issues you were not aware of, 3) she met someone else, 4) someone/s told her disparaging things about you, 5) wanting space.

I am not sure about any of these things, but the key is in the nature of your last argument with her. What did she say or did it not make any sense? Sometimes the last question in the argument is the most telling, What's really wrong...what really is the problem.

If it is the first time you have had this experience, it will take some time before the depression passes. The best thing you can do is get out and socialize. Don't dwell on your situation. Believe me, it will pass. It's pretty much like having a cold. You have to believe in yourself and realize that others have their problems also. I have always believed that "things happen for the best" and there isn't much anyone can do about it, so just try to keep your spirits up and things will get better before you know it.

You should let her go or do as she likes because the more you try to force her do something or the more you become desperate, the more she'll keep away from you. I know it's difficult, but if she doesn't want to talk to you or stay with you this means that she doesn't really care about you or she doesn't deserve you. You'll find another true person to care about you.

She must have a jealous boyfriend that wants her to stop having friends.
Dont worry so much, cause she will come back around.
Make new friends and dont dwell on her so much.
If u see her just say hello and smile,
Dont dwell on someone that doesnt want to be a true friend.
She may be unstable at the moment.
Think positively and smile , dont let this gal take your powers.

It sucks, but alot of times you have to wait these things out. If you were good friends,(and you didn't call her any names.) she could very well come around. Let her friends know that you'll always be there for her. She'll get the message. Till then, don't stop your life. Keep moving and improving yourself.

My guess is that her boyfriend wasn't all that happy with her best friend being a guy, and put some pressure on her to find a way to put an end to it.
In any case, get over it and move on with your life. You'll have many best friends in your life who will let you down, this is just one of the first.
Best of luck to you.

After u do that and she still doesn't want to tell you then you have to let her go.You did all u could do.Good luck hon.

i think you should somehow get in touch with her and tell her that you really really want to be friends-nothing more, but you thought that her and you were friends and that if she dosent want to be friends with you she at least needs to give you a reason. and if she keeps this up then obviously shes not that good of a friend anyway.
