About 45 minutes to an hour. Bake at 350. For a faster result, poke the potato with a fork a few times to let off the steam. Place the potato in the microwave for 7 minutes on high. It works well.

Set the oven to 375 or 400 and bake for at least 30 minutes, depending on the size of the potato. If it's a large potato it might take 45 minutes to an hour. Use the squeeze test (with a hot pad) to test it.

Medium size potato, 45 minutes @ 350 degrees. Try nuking it in the microwave, 8 to 10 minutes on high. In either case, be sure to poke some holes so your spud doesn't pop!

If you put your oven at 400 your potatos will take one hour. 30 minutes on each side.

This is if you put some oil on the skin and poke some holes in the potato.

I use one of those ear of corn holders to poke the holes, it makes it easier than a fork.

400 degrees 50 minutes, average size potato, bigger potato a little longer.I like to rub some cooking oil on them, wrap in foil and place in the center of the oven, much tastier than microwaving.

350, 45 minutes to an hour...test it by inserting a knife in the side, if it slides in easily and comes out cleanly its done. you can also reduce the time by using a microwave, usually you use the high setting and microwave it for 8 - 10 minutes or just follow the directions on the microwave, again testing it with a knife.

try 350 preheated and around 4 minutes. Depends on the size of potato and stove. Find out if potato ready by sticking it with a knife and it should not be hard. Then next time, just remember the time and settings.

around 350, but if you put it in the microwave for about 5 minutes it will cook lots faster then the usual hour. Maybe half the time, 30 minutes or so

About 350F for one hour. Don't forget to mark the potato with a fork in several places to let out steam; and test it when you think it is ready by gently squeezing the sides. They should be soft and fluffy feeling. You will know.
