Um....you don't give pain meds if you think your dog is feeling "blue", as you put it.

If your dog is sick or injured go to your vet. If not play with it! Take it for a walk! Give it something to do that can keep his mind and body busy...

Your dog needs to see a qualified physician. Motrin or Tylenol can be fatal, nor are they prescribed for anxiety disorders. Lethargy (lack of energy) can be a sign of a serious problem. This time of year animals can get into all kinds of things that can kill them easily. Do not diagnose or treat your dog yourself. That`s a good way to get a dead dog. Even vets go to each other for advice when their pets are ill.

Absolutely nO Tylenol, Motrin, Advil, Aleve!!! These are VERY toxic to dogs. Do NOT give any OTC meds, especially human meds to a dog without consulting with your vet first. Many meds are deadly to dogs.
Your vet is the only one who can prescribe correct medication based on an exam and waht is actually wrong, if anything.

DO NOT SELF MEDICATE YOUR PETS!!!!!!

The only medication you should give your dog is medication that a VET prescribes.

Dogs cannot take Motrin or Tylenol!

Don't every give your dog any sort of medicine without instructions from your vet.

If you think it's got an upset tummy you can switch it's diet over to a lean ground beef or ground turkey and rice mix (about 2/3 meat to 1/3 rice after cooking) for a couple days because it's easy to digest.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR DOG TYLENOL!
make a vet appointment because this could be a sign of a serious problem. But it could also be just wintertime blues. Dogs are not able to take many people medicines and you could poison her.

Being so small, I would ask my vet, before I attempt to give it any human medicine. It's not a chance I would take with my Chihuahuas. You may unintentionally doing more harm than good.

NEVER give Tylenol to a dog - its toxic and could kill her. Take your dog to a vet who can prescribe any medication needed.
