I want answer your question, and I am sure you are going to get plenty of advice here...but...there are a lot of factors that are important that you need to share. Are you losing wieght? What are your regular dietary habits? Do you exercise? If so what are they? Are you on any medication? I guess I will answer the question without knowing these important questions but I do so reluctantly because the solution that you choose may very well have detrimental effects to your health...If you work out then I would suggest going to a nutrition store and buying "wight gainer and follow the directions on the container...but I believe you should see a doctor without a doubt. You say.FAST!!! but that is at the expense of your health. SEE A DOCTOR PLEASE

Weight loss can be a sign of a health problem - you should really go to the doctor. If you are just naturally tiny, and have been you whole life, being light is not a bad thing if you feel good and you have energy. Protein is a good way to gain weight, but keep in mind even if your skinny an excess of calories/ sugar/ fat can still have ill effects on your health - love the body your in.

I recommend adding lean muscle mass to gain weight while exercising. If your doing alot of cardio (say 3x a week) change it up and lift weight (3 times a week) and do cardio once a week. The weight training will increase your lean muscle mass which will increase your weight in a safe way. You'll also need to increase your calorie intake to 2 grams for every pound you weight. Example, if you weight 100 pounds then you should increase your caloric intake by 200 grams/day (this is NOT total for the day this is in ADDITIONAL to what you are eating).

Let's see....ice cream, cookies, and milk shakes. That could do the trick! If it isn't your eating habits that is making you lose weight, you may have an undetected health problem. Might want to consider seeing a doctor.

Go to GNC or any other nutrition store and buy weight gainer powder. Drink one or two of those shakes each day to supplement your eating habits and you'll put the weight back on. Also, load up on pasta and carbs.

eat normally, but drink an ensure or slim fast after your meals. I would also go to the doc as soon as I could to make sure everything is ok. This is not normal.
