Ok well, As the sister mentioned, you can wake up at the last part of the night, the night is split up into 4, wake up at the last part, and pray Tahajjud, and you can make Du'a. At this time Allaah decends down to the lowest Heavens and Insha'Allaah will except the Du'as.

This was proven in the saheeh Sunnah, where it is narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) that Allaah descends during the last third of the night. It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Our Lord descends every night to the lowest heaven when the last third of the night remains, and He says, ‘Who will call Me that I might answer him, who will ask of Me that I might give him, who will ask My forgiveness, that I might forgive him?’” (narrated by al-Bukhaari, Kitaab al-Tawheed, 6940; Muslim, Salaat al-Musaafireen, 1262)
According to Ahl al-Sunnah, the meaning of this descent is that Allaah Himself comes down to the lowest heaven in a real sense, as befits His Majesty, and no one knows how that is except Him.

Also you can do Istikhara, if you like a sister and wish to propose to her, and yout not sure, do Istikhara.

try waking up for tahajjud and make dua' then! that's the best time and inshallah your duas' will be accepted. also make duas' after each fardh salat.

2. كثرة تلاوة سورة الصمد - النصر - الكافرون - الزلزلة
3. الدعاء بعد صلاة ركعتين لله :
* (رب اني لما أنزلت إلى من خيير فقير)
* اللهم هب لي من لدنك زوجا هينا ليناوديّنا مرفوع ذكره في السماء والأرض وارزقني منه ذرية طيبة عاجلا غير آجل إنك سميع الدعاء.
* اللهم ارزقني فلان زوجا إنك على كل شيء قدير
* اللهم بحق قولك ( الله يرزق من يشاء بغير حساب) وبحق قولك ( الم تعلم ان الله على كل شيء قدير) وقولك الحق ( بديع السموات والأرض وإذا قضى أمرا فإنما يقول له كن فيكون) اللهم اجمع بيني وبين فلان بالحق وافتح بيننا بالحق وانت الفتاح العليم. اللهم وبحق قولك ( فاطر السموات والارض جعل لكم من انفسكم أزواجا) ارزقني زوجا تقر به عيني وتقر بي عينه.
* اللهم اني أعوذ بك من بوار الأيم وتأخر الزواج وبطئه وقعودي وأسألك أن ترزقني خيرا مما استحق من الزواج ومما آمل وأن تقنعه به وتقنعني وأهلي به.
* اللهم حصّن فرجي ويسر لي أمري واكفني بحلالك عن حرامك وبفضلك عمن سواك
* اللهم انك تقدر ولا اقدر وتعلم ولا أعلم وانت علام الغيوب والقادر اللهم ان كنت تعلم في فلان خير فزوجنيه واقدره لي وان كان في غيره خير لي في ديني ودنياي وآخرتي فاقدره لي.
* اللهم اني استعففت فاغنني من فضلك ( اللهم اغنني من فضلك) بحق قولك تعالى ( وليستعفف الذين لا يجدون نكاحا حتى يغنيهم الله من فضله)

وقبل هذا كله انصحك نصيحة مجربة لا يفوتك الدعاء في سجود صلاة الوتر اطلبي اللي تتمنيه وخاطبي ربك باللي في نفسك من غير كلام منمق ولا ادعية ولا شيء مجرد كلام من القلب واطلبي اللي تتمنيه واختاري الاوقات مثل بعد منتصف الليل او قبل الفجر بساعة مثلا
