If it's shedding a lot now it will shed more and more unless you do something to stop it! This is a tried and tested, very simple, low cost way for reducing and reversing hair loss that REALLY WORKS. It rectifies all the damage that the hair and scalp has been subjected to by using all the commercial harsh and unsuitable shampoos and TOO FREQUENT washing.
My hair was receding at temples and on the crown. Treatment reversed that and made hair grow again - yes, it did really grow back. You use an organic oil - olive or tea tree oil is good, massage it in the hair and scalp then using a stiff bristled brush quite strongly and vigorously brush hair - at least 50 strokes. That really stimulates scalp and induces growth. Protect pillow with old towel and sleep with oiled hair. Do that every other night. Try to expose hair to as much sun as possible that is really beneficial. In about two weeks you will see much healthier, shining hair. Keep up a regime of two times a week after that and it will stay that way (but you must avoid too frequent washing and use only mild, preferably organic tea tree oil fortifying shampoos). I now have a full head of really healthy hair better than it was as a teenager.

There is a line of hair care products called nioxin that help with such a problem. My hairdresser told me that sometimes hair falls out when the hair follicles on your scalp become clogged. You should change your shampoo every 6 months or so to help that. Or use the nioxin for a few weeks and that will help almost immediately.

Maybe you should quit using the dryer and let your hair air dry and see if ther's any difference. Also, if it is the hair dryer causing your tresses to stress, then I suggest you use a heat combating hair product before turning on the heat.

GoodLuck!

Is your hair getting thinner? If it is, you might want to try VitaTress. If it isn't, you're perfectly normal, and have nothing to worry about! It happens to all of us.
