Eight US states still require a blood test to get a marriage license:
Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma.

You need to check with YOUR County Clerk. You'd think
now-a-days it would be more required but it isn't.
Not here.
And in the surrounding counties you don't need witnesses. Go figure.

I think the all do or should. I know New York does....
