Oh, I just started reading a book on this I got as a Christmas Gift. I believe the Gers Region is in Bordeaux. Although you will possibly not see any bargains coming out of this region, You'll see some fantastic product.

I would think the easiest way to get your hands on some product is on line, possibly through Wine Spectator's on line magazine (you'd have to subscribe) or Wine Enthusiast, or the like. They'd have the contact information of the vineyard so you can order straight from them.
