This girl at work i think she likes me but most people say shes alwasy that way. Almost everyday we text on our phones and she alwasy sends me stuff like <3 or ilu. I know wat they mean. At wokr evertimes she sees me she smiles and were even texting at work but were not soppost to. So i dunno should i ask her out or is she just being really friendly?

Ask her out for something friendly rather than a romantic type date. Like hey lets grab lunch today or something. If she hesitates, she's just being friendly. If she's all for it, she likes you.

Well it depends some people are just really friendly and the actions you're describing seems just that. But if you like her i say ask her out, do you know if she has a boyfriend, if not make sure you find out first you know she likes you as a friend atleast so i say go for it.

I believe that is more than just being friendly. Ask her out.... maybe to dinner and a movie, or even coffee after work..

I think you should ask her out...Even if she's just being friendly...But I don't think If she really likes you or she wouldn't be coming on so strong saying things like <3....She might just think of you as a friend...go for it.....

teh things you say she does is not just being really friendly. It's not normal kind of friendly.
Either she likes you OR she is a big-time flirt / self-centred narcissistic tease.

I think you should take the risk and invite her out... What can you lose? If you go out with her you will know more things about her and her intentions.... If she is not the right girl, you will know, trust yourself!

she's saying i love you already and you havent even went out yet?? move on, she's prolly jus the kind of girl that is interested in ANYONE that is interested in her. move on, you can do better. find someone real., who when they say I LOVE YOU, actually means it.
