I'm not clear on what you're asking... do you mean, can you integrate this camera with a web server to provide 24x7 pics?

Or, do you mean, can you use it for chats w/ friends?

The answer to the second question is "yes". The answer to the first one is, "Yeah, probably, but I don't think you want your PC to be a server."
