Set your mold of jelly in a pan of cold water but do not let the water go over the mold, let it set until the jelly is firmly set, then lift the mold out of the water, turn it upside down and gently tap the mold with a spoon until it slips out of the mold..

fill a bowl bigger than the mold with hot water, dip the mold up to the edge but not over into the jelly for about 30 seconds then take whatever plate you are serving it on and place it upside down on top of the mold and flip it over quickly the jelly should slide right out. now refrigerate it until serving time.
