Just get it done. Take Midol and get it done. If you keep putting if off, you're never going to do it.
Evaluate how you feel tomorrow. Don't let it get to you though.

I would go to the gym and explain to them that you have at present a medical problem and ask for an extension since do want to continue your exercise program. Or many gyms will give a person a extension or leave of absence because of this or leaving town etc. But any good honest gym will give extent ions for a good reason.

Ibuprofen for the pain and bleeding, with paracetamol if needed. If pain is really bad, codiene aswell (ie. cocodamol and 'brufen). Induction is often a case of getting fammiliar with the machienery rather than doing a serious work out, that comes nest week. Relax. go for it, it won't be as bad as you think, and the general excercise of getting out and about will help. Trust me.

Cramps suck, not to mention feeling tired and the thought of putting on workout clothes feeling bloated is horrible. My suggestion to you is, and I truly mean this, take some Midal and go workout. Believe me when I say working out helps with cramps, and will help you get some energy back. Plus you wont feel guilty munching from PMS

Light exercise can help take away period pain, something to do with blood circulation,
slow jogging and a few stretches should do the trick.

Tell them your rescheduling for medical reasons and that you'll have to reschedule. If it's a medical reason, it's none of there business and it's an adequate excuse to break their 48 hour notice rule.
Good Luck and hope you feel better soon.

Go ahead and go. Talk yourself into it! I totally understand about the cramp thing- but once you get motivated, it may help to exercise. Being active should help with those crazy cramps!!
