Vinegar is a natural fat "burner" (it helps to shrink fat cells)
and coffee is a natural appetite suppressant.
What's even healthier is drinking a lot of water. it will give your stomach the sensation of being full and it will clean out your system.
The healthiest way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise.
it's hard to get into the habit, but it's worth it, for looks and for longevity.

no such thing unfortunately! an appetite suppresant is the nastiest thing you could ever imagine, its so unnatural and what it does over a period of use is de-train your brain, your brain stops sending hunger signals because you just don't get hungry.s o when you stop using them, your brain will not know how to send those msgs anymore! fat burners are not the easy way out, if they did work so well, everyone would be on them and skinny! they just dehydrate your body so that you look skinnier..sadly the only good way to go about it is to eat low glycaemic foods, that maintain a level blood sugar and keep you fuller for longer./...regular cardio workouts, so skipping infront of tv or dancing or jogging or swimming, and for longer than 20 minutes - keep that up and you'll see the results, as for the other out of the bottle garbage, bag it - its a short term solution and will only come back to haunt you later! good luck and listen to your body, it knows best!

There is truly no such thing as a fat burner. However, you can find blockers. Look for those and see which is best for you. I don't promote them, but if that's what you're into. I suggest work out and watch what you eat. That will give you long term success, not short. Besides some fat blockers have..well....nasty side (back side that is) effects
