tells your best friends... oh i can get back with her (me) in a second all i have to do is call her and we would be goin out again ........what should i do cause this is not true whatsoever he is a jerk and thinks so highly of himself but noone likes him and hes an insesntive jerk,...should i confront him and be like i would never dream of going out with you again or just like ignore him because if i talk to him ill be giving him attention and he may think i still care which i dont he just freakign frustrates me.

you should tell your best friend to tell him that when they told you what he said you laughed. Don't say a thing to him about it and then months down the road make a snide comment to him when given the opportunity like "I know because I would just do anything to be with you" and then laugh. He'll get the point and then feel like everyone else did too. HA HA!

He wants to start drama with you. Don't even think about confronting him. Just ignore it. Don't talk about him, or what he's doing. Act like nothing is happening. I had an ex like this that told everyone who knew me all kinds of crap. I didn't even give him one second of thought. If the people he's telling this to are your best friends then they won't listen to him, either. Who cares what he says... if it's not true, then it's not true. Completely ignore him and he'll eventually give up. Trust me, it works.

Dont say anything to him because it will only give him the satisfaction. All he wants is attention and a response from you. If he calls or anything dont answer right away or don't even answer at all. If you see him face to face and he speaks be dry with him but still speak to him. I had an ex who think he could too...I didnt even respond to it I just looked over it. People are going to think and say what they want because they want a response.

I know it is aggravating, but ignore him. He is simply doing this to get a reaction from you. Why else would he tell your best friend.. Think about it. If he was just bragging to his friends, that's one thing, but he told your best friend, because he knew that it would get back to you. Let it go.... You will get your chance to say something when he crosses your path again.

tell this dude to get off his high horse and tell him he isn't the sh** he thinks he is. tell him to keep his mouth shut and let him know you wouldn't get back with him, ever. tell him off and hopefully he will leave you alone.
