I feel for you. Stomach Flu is the WORST. My heart goes out to you.
Drink a lot of fluids....and I mean a lot....or you will dehydrate. Pepto might help a little, but stay away from Immodium....it's too harsh for you right now. Clear broths for the next two days. Then add saltines. Then add plain Chicken. You need very mild foods right now while you recover. I know it's yucko....but trust me....it's necessary. I ate plain unsalted soft pretzels too to mix things up a little. Go for bland stuff and clear liquids. No milk.

My 78 year old father has a great method. It was passed on from HIS parents and serves our entire family well, even today. In a half a cup of warm/hot tap water, dissolve 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp honey. Drink it or sip it. Repeat throughout the day if needed. The vinegar kills the bug while the honey soothes your stomach.

Remember to drink 8+ bottles of water.
To ease the pain, and if you have a sore throat, try this.
Heat up a cup of water as if for tea. Disolve 2 and a half tablespoons of honey in the water. Soak a lemon slice in the drink for 5 minutes, then drink it! It will calm your stomach, soothe your probably scratchy throat, and cleanse your body!
