Tarek,
You already asked that question before. Did you forget?

The answer is, Monk and Nuns etc. are to devote their life to the service of the the Lord not the flesh, aka having sex. And God having a son is not the same way as you or anyone else having a Son. Do not under estimate the God that created the Heaven, Earth, the Universe, and everything in between. If God can create Adam and Eve from nothing. Why not have a son! think about it, and do NOT under estimate the one who created everything you know or know not.

Christianity also has a heritage of veneration of martyrs. When Christianity was new, a lot of the followers were put to death, so the HR department made a big push to celebrate martyrdom. This worked great to keep the religion alive; however, when the Christians were no longer persecuted this admiration of martyrdom did no go away. Instead, monasteries were created. Monks were considered to be "dead" to the physical world, which includes no more sex.

However, during the Middle Ages, monks and other religious people who were supposed to be celibate often had mistresses illegitimate children anyway. They only have to pay the Church a tax for their transgressions, and the Church didn't mind because it liked the extra money.

God did not have sex. BTW, the Bible I am reading does not say anything about monks and monks not being able to marry.

He's god. He doesn't have to have sex in order to have a son. He can just create the sperm in marry's belly.

I'm an atheist, but if I were to make up a god, I would make him to be powerful enough to have a child without having sex.

A brilliant question
When Imam Baqillani visited some Christians this is what he said

Then he (the Christian ruler) turned to Qadi Abu Bakr (Imam Baqillani) and said, "Faqih, the Patriarch is the Custodian of the Religion and Protector of the creed." The Qadi greeted him and
asked him, "How are your family and children?" His
words were thought terrible by all of them. They
changed towards him, and sternness showed on their
faces out of dislike at what Abu Bakr had said. He
stated, "People, you find it terrible that this
person should take a consort and children and put
him above that but you do not think it terrible for
your Lord, who is exalted, and that the
ascription of that to him is the same as this idea.
It is a clearer error!" They were speechless and did
not give an answer and they had great respect for
him and were contrite.

God caused Mary to become pregnant by thinking it, just as He created everything by thinking it into existence.

The most interesting thing about this question is the fact that you got so many responses from people who seem to know exactly what god did, or did not do, to impregnate mary.
