It could be a blood sugar problem. I've been experiencing the same thing & I just found out I have diabetes

The blood pressure could be the cause of this, together with affects of the medicine you are taking so you should report that to your doctor to see if a change of medication might help!!

Possibly, however it might be a low blood sugar episode. If you have high blood pressure, it is likely you have an insulin overproduction condition (hyperinsulinemia), as do many Americans.
This overproduction can lead to diabetes, low blood sugar and/or heart disease.
