i want to convert the audio cassete data into computer format. for this, what is the best solution either i need any additional hardware or have any other solution.

Check with DAK.com This company makes the hardware and software to do this. I have a friend doing this at this time, I am going to get the equipment soon. It is around $70 usd. If your finances can deal with this, give it a shot, My friend and I are both old time techies and usually get our bang for the buck.
