We are looking for a good park to go to in Cobb County! Any suggestions would be very helpful!

Well, Cobb County has an excellent park system. If you want a park to walk around and/or hike in go to Kennesaw Mountain. Want to play baseball or softball go to Lost Mountain Park (off Dallas Highway), to play soccer try Tramore Park (off the East-West Connector) Both of these parks also have excellent playgrounds, as well as picnic shelters, but you might want to call ahead for that. Both of those parks are in West Cobb, but you can check the phone book under Cobb County Government for a full list as well as addresses...

Laurel Park is an excellent park. It has a lake with a walking trail, lots of places for kids to play, tennis, etc. Very nice. It is located just off the Marietta Square, down Whitlock.
