I mean, she was beautiful, funny, and otherwise pretty intelligent, but she believed man and dinosaur roamed the earth together.

I can't support that.

No Sway, I wouldn't have. I'm old enough to know that there's no point in trying to make people think the same way you do.

and please, no more "answers" that are actually questions.

No. If you can't see some kind of eye-to-eye on religious views, you're going to have a lot of trouble getting a relationship out of it.

No. I ran like mad in the opposite direction when I found out a great, funny, intelligent, thoughtful, witty guy I was seeing was a Born Again Christian. He believed every word of the Bible to be literal truth, and didn't think his best friend had the right to be angry at God when she miscarried at 7 months pregnant. And I mean, he actually said, "She's angry with God right now, which I don't think she has the right to be, but I suppose if it makes her happier." When I pointed out that he should be glad she hadn't rejected God outright he didn't react too well.

An Atheist friend of mine is married to a Christian. Him and I talk about world issues and our beliefs (or lack thereof) but no one is allowed to talk about a subject like that in front of her......she gets upset.

I can understand if you would like a mate you can communicate with without worrying about it turning into a fight.

She was right, Dinosaurs existed at the same time as early Humans and were domesticated by them to perform many useful tasks.*

Dump her quick, superstition is not something you want your future kids exposed to.
