How do I get my RCA TV (PIP) to work with digital cable?

Its a Tube, and the cable company changed from Audio to Digital, and my TV cannot come on, when I try setting it up and wait for the 24 hours, it says unusable signal ! The cable company is CLUELESS!!!!

Your TV has probably no digital cable Tuner.

You will need to get a set-top box from your cable company, then connect the set-top to your TV using either composite or S-Video or component.
