That happens to me sometimes. Usually when I have a headache overnight it was triggered by something I ate. One day I ate four, yes 4, chocolate donuts. Had a suger rush that ended in a migraine that lingered for 3 days and nights. Try to remember what you ate the day before. Or you may just be stressed. If the headache is just a small headache take a couple of excedrins and go about your day. If it is drop you to your knees painful you might want to go to the emergency room.

If you're young, you might as well get use to it. The more you age the more you're going to notice pains you never noticed before.

I would say you probably slept in a bad position last night. Take some asprin and you should be right as rain soon.

It could be tension if ;you had a lot on ;your mind when you went to sleep but I think head aches can also be caused by high blood pressure so if this happens often you may want to check that also. I think some stores I have seen have a place where you can check that for free.
