colour of palm and underneath of finger nails turn extremely reddish?

my daughter is 20 years old her palm and underneath of fingernails change color and turn into extremely reddish.she has no other health problem

I'm not sure of the conditions under which the problem occurs, or the severity of redness, but it could be a "blush" effect just like the cheeks where blood vessels near the surface of the skin dialate and allow more blood to flow, thus causing the redness. It seems like this occurs the most when going from a very cold temperature to a warmer temperature.
