Give us more information here to work with. Are you in a contract with one shop and you want to get out of it to work at another so you think you have to sue the first shop? What is the receipt for that you don't have? Did you have work done or is there an agreement you are trying to break?

Tell us what you are really asking here...

Well for one I think you should try the spell check option before you post questions, because I am not sure what you are asking. You want to work at one, but you also want sue them? Why do you want to sue them? If it is for the tattoo work they did I doubt you can, because you most lilkely signed a release form before getting it done. So if your arm fell off it wouldn't matter, you signed a release, now if you actually want to sew the tattoo shop I would suggest that you build it from wood or brick instead, keeps the rain out much better.
