im trying to get stronger so i can have better batting speed and more batting power and i wanted to know could i get stronger in two weeks

You will definitely see some change in your body if you do any kind of heavy fitness routine over two weeks...the amount of change depends on the type of exercise and diet. However don't expect huge changes in two weeks...a body needs much more time to really transform...expecting results over 6 months is more realistic. As for increasing bat speed..I'd work on your core muscles..the abs and hips as well as the legs generate most of the torque in a baseball swing. Remember...see the ball, hit the ball.

yes you can get stronger in 2 weeks, but it might not be a whole lot. Building muscle takes a lot of work. You actually will probably notice the most improvement in the first 2 weeks. After that is when it gets hard...

Yes, but you need to work out a lot. Lift weights to gain muscle. Run as much as possible and get enough rest. Eat right too

You can definitely help strengthen your body in two weeks. Try it out, it will help you at least some, so what's the harm.

maybe a small increase.........long slow measured efforts is the best way to go
