Can I re-heat in Microwave or oven? I sliced it and it is firm, but pink.

Turkey like chicken can carry very bad illnesses. If the internal temperature was greater than 165 degrees F. when you took it out the first time than yes if below than no. If it was still a raw pink on the inside its better just to throw it away and invest in a meat thermometer. Better safe than dead.

Re-heat yes, 300 degree oven covered for 30min. If you have some broth left over you can add a cup or so to it so it won't dry up on you

yes put in a covered dish and put it in oven put a can of broth or something so you dont dry it out even butter and a little garlic salt will work
