It's really not that big of a difference. I'd cook them both at 325 - and start the scalloped potatoes about 10 or 15 minutes earlier than the ham. Don't stress. How nice that you are cooking this stuff for others!!

What about leaving it at 350 but don't put the ham in right away since it is already cooked. Just an idea.

I do mine at 350 and baste often! half an hour per pound! half an hour per pound for turkey too. Remember to tent you chicken. Loosely put a piece of foil over it at lest half way thru cooking ! heres a chart Turkey: 6 to 8 lbs. 325 degrees 2½ to 3 hrs. 8 to 12 lbs. 325 degrees 3 to 3½ hrs. 12 to 16 lbs. 325 degrees 3½ to 4 hrs. 16 to 20 lbs. 325 degrees 4 to 4½ hrs. 20 to 24 lbs. 300 degrees 5 to 6 hrs. Chicken (unstuffed): 2 to 2½ lbs. 400 degrees 1 to 1½ hrs. 2½ to 4 lbs. 400 degrees 1½ to 2½ hrs. 4 to 8 lbs. 325 degrees 3 to 5 hrs. . Note: Small chickens are roasted at 400 degrees so that they brown well in the short cooking time. They may also be done at 325 degrees but will take longer and will not be as brown but will be juicier inside. Increase cooking time 15 to 20 minutes for stuffed chicken.

if you put the potatoes in they will burn, and if you put the ham in at the pot. heat it will uncook and end up raw, i suggest doing them seperate.
