Ummm.... I have two tats and I don't think either of them are disgraceful. One represents the union between mind, body, and spirit and the other is a tribal with my daughter's initials. Don't be so judgemental.

People chose tattoos that often have a meaning that isn't readily apparent. My two tattoos (a tribal wolf on my breast that is the symbol of my totom spirit and an orchid on the inside of my ankle that holds a great deal of personal meaning) are aestrically pleasing to me, but I'm sure that there are plenty of people out there who would not like them.
I knew someone who had an image of the cartoon Tasmanian Devil tattooed on his arm. To someone else, it might not be considered an especially nice tattoo, but it holds deep meaning for him. It reminds him of his sister who had died of leukemia and who's nickname for him was "Taz".
If you were a tattoo artist, your job would not be to just do designs that make you happy, but ones that make your customers happy. Yes, you would want to do them to the best of your ability and have them be beautiful to look at, but the only thing that matters in the end is that the person recieving the tattoo is happy with it.

If you're going to talk about how disgraceful tattoes are maybe you should first learn how to spell TATTOO's.

People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. People could say cruel things to you for not using correct grammar and spelling. To some, a tattoo is a work of art. For others, it holds personal meaning. I have 2 and they both hold personal meaning. I see nothing wrong with a man or woman having a tattoo. It's a personal decision.

Tattoos are beautiful if done properly. I have no problem with anyone having tattoos but I like it better if they tell a story. The artist makes or breaks the tattoo.

Most tattoos people get represent someone or something to them..that doesn't mean it is disgraceful. Most of them are not gotton to make other people happy..it is to represent something to yourself! (i know I have 4!) As to a tattoo artist ....They are there to give you the design YOU want not themselves!

Let people do what the **** they want, and leave them to it. What the hell has it got to do with anyone else what people do if they're not deliberatly harming someone else. Just get a life all of your own and care about that instead.

i have seen some poorly done tattoos but i don't think any of mine are disgraceful. if you don't like them that's okay. the people who have tattoos didn't get them in hopes that you would like them. they got it because they wanted it.
