Could you put a timer locking device so that his internet use is for only 30 minutes and then it cuts off? I know there are such things.

Or get another computer and work even when Mr. Intrusive is in the house?

Are you living with your parents? Could they give a couple of words to this person. Like "We like you here, but the Internet is off limits now"? Parents are meant to do these kinds of things.

I have a question for you: Do you want to repeat a grade? If you fail your year because your grades have fallen so much (because of his visits and internet distractions), there's a very good chance that you'll be doing your year over (while all your classmates and friends move up).
Tell this boy that right now you're having real concentration problems, every little thing is a major distraction. Ask him if you two could schedule his visits at times that weren't so pressing or homework-filled for you. You don't have to tell him to stop coming to your house altogether, BUT you can get a handle on it and set down some rules.
And talk to somebody near you about it (a good friend, sibling or relative, trusted teacher). Sometimes incredible solutions for what seem like the most complicated problems come from the most unlikely places!
Good luck!

Be a clever cat and figure some things out. Maybe you could interrupt the Internet access and he'll get the picture on his own. I know the feeling of having someone invade your space and it is at times hard to find a diplomatic way of getting your message across. Maybe a quote site will give you some insightful ideas, try http://www.ThinkExist.com

I think u should tell ur parents about what he's doing and how its influencing u, and u will not have to worry any more coz they will know how to deal with him to stop his intrusion.

wish u success and happy new year.
