Cause the Bible tells us so?

Jesus is not the Almighty God.

‘But isn’t Jesus called a god in the Bible?’ someone may ask. This is true. Yet Satan is also called a god. (2 Corinthians 4:4) At John 1:1, which refers to Jesus as “the Word,” some Bible translations say: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” But notice, verse 2 says that the Word was “in the beginning with God.” And while men have seen Jesus, verse 18 says that “no man hath seen God at any time.” (Authorized or King James Version) So we find that some translations of verse 1 give the correct idea of the original language when they read: “The Word was with God, and the Word was divine,” or was “a god,” that is, the Word was a powerful godlike one. (An American Translation) Clearly, Jesus is not Almighty God. In fact, Jesus spoke of his Father as “my God” and as “the only true God.”

Did Jesus ever say that he was God? No, he never did. Rather, in the Bible he is called “God’s Son.” And he said: “The Father is greater than I am.” Also, Jesus explained that there were some things that neither he nor the angels knew but that only God knew. (Mark 13:32) Further, on one occasion Jesus prayed to God, saying: “Let, not my will, but yours take place.” (Luke 22:42) If Jesus were the Almighty God, he would not have prayed to himself, would he? In fact, following Jesus’ death, the Scripture says: “This Jesus God resurrected.” (Acts 2:32) Thus the Almighty God and Jesus are clearly two separate persons. Even after his death and resurrection and ascension to heaven, Jesus was still not equal to his Father.

As for the “Holy Spirit,” the so-called third Person of the Trinity, this is not a person but God’s active force. John the Baptizer said that Jesus would baptize with holy spirit, even as John had been baptizing with water. Hence, in the same way that water is not a person, holy spirit is not a person. (Matthew 3:11) What John foretold was fulfilled when, following the death and resurrection of Jesus, holy spirit was poured out on his followers gathered in Jerusalem. The Bible says: “They all became filled with holy spirit.” (Acts 2:4) Were they “filled” with a person? No, but they were filled with God’s active force. Thus the facts make clear that the Trinity is not a Bible teaching. Actually, long before Jesus walked the earth gods were worshiped in groups of three, or trinities, in places such as ancient Egypt and Babylon.

62The Chief Priest stood up and said, "What do you have to say to the accusation?"

63Jesus kept silent.

Then the Chief Priest said, "I command you by the authority of the living God to say if you are the Messiah, the Son of God."

64Jesus was curt: "You yourself said it. And that's not all. Soon you'll see it for yourself:

The Son of Man seated at the right hand of the Mighty One,
Arriving on the clouds of heaven."

Need I go on with the point for now here?

i do not. Jesus himself said that GOD JEHOVAH his greater than he is John 14:28 says,"You heard that i said to you, i am going away and i am coming back to you. If you loved me you would rejoice that i am going my way to the Father, because the father is greater than i am." so notice that GOD and JESUS are on two different levels so they could not be the same person.
Also a very famous scripture identifies God and Jesus as two separate entities calling Jesus God's SON not God . this scripture is John 3:16, it says, For GOD loved the world so much that he gave his onlybegotten SON, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life." Notice that GOD gave his SON Jesus Christ, so if Jesus was God the scripture would be redundant and it is NOT so Jesus is not God, rather he is God's SON.

First let me address the unbelief. People tend to believe what they want to believe and they only wish to believe according to their trained faculties. It is the spiritual person, and not the "natural (of the world)" person who may discern that which is spiritual. The scriptures specifically teach that the "natural" man considers that which is spiritual to be foolish. Thus for people to consider that one "person" (i.e. Jesus-the man), could be two "persons" (G-d and Jesus). In order to have spiritual understanding, you must be prepared to (not have faith) think outside the box and consider other dimensions then the three and a half (half=time) dimensions which you are accustomed to thinking in.

When Jesus said in John 8:58 "before Abraham was "I AM" he was in effect claiming deity. WE must remember that He had to be pefectly G-d and perfectly man (and also perfectly Jew) in order to carry out His task of redemption on earth. Consider that you have a pitcher of water (representing the "spirit" - which G-d is) and you have three glasses and you have an analogy of the spiritual relationship.

Yehsua used the "I AM" phrase numbers of times and essentially made His case for divinity. He also did miracles which could only be performed by the G-dhead (death to life). But ultimately whether you want to believe in His divinity is really your choice and it cannot be forced on you. If you choose Him though, you choose life and that is a fact.

Yes, according to Jesus he is equal to the human judges of

Ps. 82:6 “I myself have said, ‘YOU are gods,
And all of YOU are sons of the Most High.

John 10:33 The Jews answered him: “We are stoning you, not for a fine work, but for blasphemy, even because you, although being a man, make yourself a god.” 34 Jesus answered them: “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I said: “YOU are gods”’? 35 If he called ‘gods’ those against whom the word of God came, and yet the Scripture cannot be nullified, 36 do YOU say to me whom the Father sanctified and dispatched into the world, ‘You blaspheme,’ because I said, I am God’s Son?

If a capital 'G' as in John 1:1 make Jesus God Almighty, Then why doesn't the capital 'G' in Judges 13:21,22 make the angel of the LORD, God Almighty?

Judges 13:21Then Manoah knew that he was the angel of the LORD.

22So Manoah said to his wife, "We will surely die, for we have seen God."

According to the footnote in the NAB at John 1:1, God(2) is a quality or a class description and not an identification.

(NASB)
Notice what John 1:18No one has seen God at any time; the only begotten God who is in the bosom of the Father, He has explained Him.

In my english dictionary begotten means created, brought to life.

When was Jesus created? Rev 3:14:the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God,

That is why at

Rev 3:12'He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he will not go out from it anymore; and I will write on him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God,

Jesus worships and has a God.

Is Jesus a god, yes,

Is Jesus the only true God, NO.

John 17:3"This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.

Jesus is the Son of God. God gave him his power. Because Jesus suffered for all of our sins in a way that we can never comprehend, he became our Lord and Savior.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son."

True belief give birth to faith and faith is built on doing the thing that Jesus told us we should do. "Love the Lord our God with all our hearts." "Love our neighbors as ourselves." These two commandments are the basis of all other commandments. Do these things, and God will help you build your faith in Him and in Jesus Christ. And the more good you do, the more Holy Ghost will witness to your heart the truth of all things.

God,Jesus and the Holy Spirit are all one ,fulfilling Gods will that all shall share in his glory at the end of the dispensational age. By faith in the Word of God, the King James Version of the Holy Bible I believe this is true.

Jesus said "Before Abraham was, I AM." that was a sign to the Jews to whom he was talking that he was claiming to be God, and they were going to stone Him to death, but He walked away from them and they could not grab Him. There were many other times He said things to say He is God, and then, in the Resurrection, He proved it.
